The Secularist Insurgency (Part 1) Marxism

We are in the post-Christian age. Secularism has now captured the hearts and minds of at least four generations: Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. The agenda of secularism has its roots in several movements throughout the last century, and shows no signs of stopping. It has infiltrated every part of life, from business, religion, entertainment, education, the family, and yes…the Church. This Luciferian agenda desires to separate the human experience from anything to do with God. It exploits the sciences for its own purposes, shifting the minds of youth and adults alike to not only question the Word of God but to outright defy it without any proof of its inauthenticity.

Have you noticed the sudden shift? In just the past 20 years, hostility towards the gospel has become tolerated and embraced by celebrities, politicians, educators, and even many in Christian religious circles. Who would have ever thought that the pride flag would be flown high atop so many churches, even in Tulsa, Oklahoma?  At Union High School, right here in Tulsa, it is said that there is no significant Christian club – in a city of mega-Churches! Churches are closing their doors to those who do not have vaccines for the Wuhan Corona virus. And finally, to speak against it is to draw the ire of respected leaders and public figures who will attempt to strip you of credibility and silence your voice. They do it well.

Finally, the worldwide adoption of social media has given a voice to some of the most anti-Christ teachings we have ever heard! Both left-wing and right-wing voices are now comfortable with handling our Word as though it is something with which they can tamper.

There is an insurgency happening right before our eyes. You’ll see it when you scan through the movies on Netflix. You’ll see it on the social media sites when you say something against the narrative. You’ll see it when you watch the news and hear them say verbatim, the exact same words, as to capture your mind, causing you to believe something, even though you never meant to hold certain views. You encouraged not to question the narrative. If you are anti-vax for example, you are a murderer. But, if you speak against someone who is actually killing their child in the womb, your are speaking against their rights. There’s so much more…

As spiritual people, we cannot be comfortable in this environment. The Word of God speaks against more and more of the increasing evils in this generation with each passing day. We must be prepared for war. We must be radical as intercessors, pastors, mothers, fathers, and yes…teenagers and young adults. To compromise and join the ranks of fools is to embrace death (see Proverbs 8:36).

We will be taking time to discuss what is really happening in the world, and come to terms with how we as the church should respond. Fear not! Do not be silent. Do not be intimidated. God is on the move. Let’s be that generation that does not miss what He is doing. Behold, he comes in the clouds. It won’t be long.

Why do the nations rage and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying, “Let us break their bonds in pieces, and cast away their cords from us.  He who sits in the heavens shall laugh…” (Psalm 2:1-3).

And when they heard this, they raised their voices to God with one mind and said, “Lord, it is You who made the heaven and the earth and the sea, and everything that is in them, who by the Holy Spirit, through the mouth of our father David Your servant, said,

‘Why did the nations rage,

And the people plot vain things?

The kings of the earth took their stand,

And the rulers were gathered together

Against the Lord and against His Christ.’

“For truly against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose determined before to be done” (Acts 4:25-28).

The Cry of the secularist:

  • Let us break their bonds in pieces – They don’t want restraint in their actions. There cannot be a cap on their ability to do whatever they want
  • Let us cast away their cords from us – They don’t want to be under authorities telling them how they should live.
  • The Cry of the Church Lord, it is You who made the heaven and the earth and the sea, and everything in them!

God’s Agenda

  • Do not think by any means that things are out of control. All that is happening is according to His hand and His purpose, determined before to be done.
  • The Nations are the Inheritance of Jesus. We are those commissioned to take the ground.

Ask it of Me, and I will certainly give the nations as Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth as Your possession (Psalm 2:8)

And now, Lord, look at their threats, and grant it to Your bond-servants to speak Your word with all confidence, while You extend Your hand to heal, and signs and wonders take place through the name of Your holy servant Jesus.” And when they had prayed, the place where they had gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God with boldness (Acts 4:29-31)

Behold their Threats!

Three Demonic Ideologies that Threaten the Church:

  1. Marxism (Completely atheist)
  2. Secular Humanism (World religions, rebranded)
  3. Freemasonry (Tares among wheat throughout American history)
